couldn't be happier... I ordered two frames with acid free foam core backing as replacements for existing frames. I couldn\'t be happier with the superb service from USAOnCanvass. The frames were perfect according to my custom dimensions and made from excellent quality, solid wood mouldings. The frame construction (cuts, joining) was as good as or even better than some local custom framing shops I\\\'ve used. A nice touch was the included free hanging hardware, easily enough parts to hang several pieces of art.
Price-wise, 80% LESS than local shops for essentially the same moulding. Likewise shipping was very fast. Order to delivery was six days. My local shop? Three to four weeks minimum. Need I say more?
I would also add that if you\\\'re not sure about dimensions, etc., just call USAOnCanvas. You will get a very pleasant, helpful person to guide you through your order. In summary, excellent product, fabulous prices, and superb customer service. Thank you!

Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
