I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.

I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw).
As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future.
To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price.

Ann, Seattle | I ordered art prints from Fine Art America and had them shipped to Vancouver On Canvas. I was concerned about the shipping but that worked out well. The canvas prints were wonderful, exactly like the images I ordered. I recommend Vancouver On Canvas, they did and excellent job. Thank you for the good work.
