I am thrilled with the custom white floater frame I ordered! Finally, an arts and frames resource that maintains excellent quality from order to framing!! It arrived in perfect condition thanks to top notch packaging. All hardware included was of the highest quality and compactly bagged. I had a bad experience with DHL company. I waited for the promised delivery, sitting at home for 2 days, and each time I received an SMS that the package could not be delivered, since I wasallegedly not at home. In the end, I picked up my package from DHL center in Los Angeles by myself. Lazy anddeceitful couriers gave me a lot trouble and loss of my time and trust.
